Our newest venue based in the heart of Sunderland City Centre. Boasting state-of-the-art AV, on-site cafe and modern conferencing, meeting and boardroom space. More

Comprising contemporary academic spaces for up to 400 delegates and bespoke exhibition and banqueting at CitySpace, The University’s Sport’s Centre. More

St Peter’s Campus
A stunning riverside location featuring modern teaching spaces for up to 200 delegates across a variety of seminar rooms and lecture theatres. More

Technical Spaces
There are also a variety of technical spaces available across our campuses including; TV and radio recording studios, mock wards, mock law courts and a dark room.

Our Services

In addition to stunning contemporary spaces our services provide extra, dedicated support to ensure the smooth running and success of your event – every time.

  • A dedicated Event Coordinator will manage your booking from start to finish to ensure all your needs are met and you always have a friendly point of contact
  • In-house catering is available across all of our venues. We have an extensive hospitality menu in place but can deliver day delegate rates, bespoke and out of hours catering on request
  • Rooms come already equipped with audio-visual equipment at no extra cost to you
  • Complimentary personal technical support is provided on the day, if required
  • Support and advice is available for the promotion and marketing of events in the run up to the day and throughout the day itself
  • Access to network of suppliers for event requirements like room decoration, additional AV, staging and much more
